How To Prepare Detox Tea:

• 1 tsp of tea

• 8 oz cup of spring water 

Instructions:

1. Boil water and pour over herbs.

2. Cover and allow tea to steep for 10 minutes. The longer it sits the stronger it is. 

3. Strain the tea through a fine mesh strainer and drink warm
